What we collect
We collect information when you register, place an order, enter a contest, respond to a survey or email, or use another site feature. That can include your name, email, mailing address, phone number and payment details. You can browse the site anonymously.
- Gift recipient details, used only to fulfil the gift — never for marketing.
- Cookie and site-activity data about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
To process transactions, respond to customer service requests, run contests and promotions, and personalize what you see. If you opt in, we send you periodic marketing email. If you never opted in, we do not.
Text messages
Our SMS program is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Opting in means recurring automated messages — order updates, alerts, and promotions — to the number you give us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Text STOP to +1 844 345 5465 (or use the unsubscribe link) to cancel, and HELP to the same number for support. Other Botany Farms message programs must be canceled separately. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your cart, understand your preferences, and compile aggregate traffic data. Third-party providers may help us analyze this, and may only use it on our behalf.
You can turn cookies off in your browser. Some features will stop working properly if you do.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, trade or transfer personally identifiable information to outside parties without advance notice. That does not include Botany Farms LLC itself, or hosting and service partners who help us run the site and keep the information confidential. We may release information where the law requires it, or to enforce our policies and protect rights, property or safety.
Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be shared for marketing and advertising.
Security
Personal information sits behind secured networks, accessible only to a limited number of people with special access rights. Orders and sensitive details are transmitted over SSL and encrypted in our databases.
Your choices
Change email preferences in the "My Account" section — emails already in production may still arrive. To remove your account details, sign in and delete your shipping addresses, billing addresses and payment information. We may retain records of individual sales transactions.
Third-party links and changes
Linked sites have their own independent privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content. If we change this policy we will post the change here, and it applies only to information collected after that date. Using the site means you consent to this policy. Botany Farms LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
